Bio

I was born and raised in Southern California. In 1988, I moved to Sonoma County to attend college at Sonoma State University and fell in love with Northern California. I graduated from SSU with a degree in Kinesiology/Physical Education. After working in physical therapy for a couple of years, I became interested in nursing and returned to school to obtain a Masters Degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. I graduated from Sonoma State University with my Masters in 2001.

I began working with Kaiser in 2004 and am currently working in the Occupational Medicine Department.

In my free time, I enjoy a wide variety of outdoor sports including scuba diving, wakeboarding, dirt bike riding, camping, water skiing, and snow skiing. I also enjoy reading, working in my yard, and most importantly, spending time with my family and friends.
