Laser Vision CorrectionLaser vision correction, also known as refractive surgery, refers to elective operative eye procedures that use a laser to reshape the cornea and change the way light is focused or "refracted" by the eye. The goal is simple: to reduce your dependence on glasses or contacts. If you are nearsighted, farsighted, or have astigmatism and feel that glasses or contact lenses limit your activities, laser vision correction may be the right choice for you. At Kaiser Permanente laser vision correction services*, we pride ourselves on our quality care, backed by over 50 years of medical experience. Our laser vision correction services are provided by our teams of optometrists, technicians, and physicians, including our board-certified ophthalmologists, who are highly skilled in refractive surgery and general vision care. Our physicians have additional expertise ranging from cataract surgery to corneal transplants, and they perform thousands of highly complex eye surgeries every year. To talk to us in person or reserve a seat at one of our seminars, call (707) 566-5232. * Services described here are provided on a fee-for-service basis. |
